How to fit properly?

Always remember the two-finger rule: A dog collar should be comfortably tightβ€”not too tight and not too loose. A correct tightness should be able to fit two fingers in between.

Step 1

Adjust the length of the collar using the adjustment clip (the male buckle clip). Please make sure the collar is comfortably tight with two fingers fit in between.

Step 2

Once the length is determined, fix the collar size by moving the tri-glide clip right next to the adjustment clip. It works as a barrier to prevent potential movement of the adjustment clip from becoming too loose or too tight.

Step 3

Put on the collar by slipping it through your dog's head. Connect the male buckle to the female buckle.

Step 4

Fasten the two webbings with the leather fastener.

Step 5

The leash attaching D-ring should be placed upwards where a leash can easily loop through.

What size should I get for my dog?

We always recommend our pet parents to measure your dog for best fit, as sizes can vary from product to product.

You may use a soft measuring tape if you have one, if not use a ruler and any string to measure. Always remember the two-finger rule: a dog harness or dog collar should be comfortably tightβ€”not too tight and not too loose. A correct tightness should be able to fit two fingers in between.

Chest: Measure around the widest part of the chest, usually right behind the armpits.
Neck: Gently encircle the upper neck where the collar usually sits.

Your size options only show the collar size, what size will I get for the leash?

As this is a collar and leash bundle, the size of the leash will be automatically paired to the size of the collar accordingly. i.e. a size XS and S collar will come with a size XS/S leash, a size M and L collar with a size M/L leash, a size XL collar with a size XL leash.

Is this collar/leash washable?

Yes, it is washable. However, we do not recommend using a washing machine as it could cause irreparable damage. It is best to hand wash it and air dry.

Are these reflective at night?

Yes, both the collar and leash are reflective in the dark to ensure your dog’s safety and visibility.

There are reflective piping located on the edges of the collar. The gray triangular arrows on the leash are also made with reflective materials. The leash can also glow in the dark with the white triangular arrows.

My dog has sensitive skin, does this collar cause him irritation?

You can rest assured that this collar has 100% soft padding all around the neck, covering all the hardware and buckle that may cause irritation. Your dog should feel comfortable in this collar.
